Andrey SINITSA ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, PARTNER

Andrei is responsible for implementing special projects for companies in various economic sectors and is responsible for all Public Affairs projects. He specializes in fundraising, anti-crisis communications and issues management solutions, as well as in building effective communications with governments and corporate lobbying.

During his time with the Agency, Andrei has successfully implemented projects for companies such as the Russian Utilities Systems, Svyazinvest, StroiMarketInvest, Group of companies MIAN, Novaport group, airport Sheremetievo, Group of companies East Line, S7 Airlines, Eurochem etc. His specialization includes sports marketing: Andrei has carried out projects for the Olympic Committee of Russia, Russian football union and for mini-football club Norilsky Nikel.

Andrei joined the Agency in 2002 as the head of Special Projects department ,which became the Public Relations and Special Projects practice in 2006. During his work with the Centre, he gained experience in political technologies and conducting elections in Norway.

Andrei graduated from the Leningrad naval college as navigator and in 2004 he qualified as lawyer in the Moscow Institute of Economics and Entrepreneurship. He lectures in Political PR for second BA students at the Journalism Faculty of the MGU and in fundraising at the Higher School of Economics.
